Nutrition Consultation with Stephanie

Service Description

Having trouble with your bird's diet? Not sure what to feed? Interested in changing your bird's diet? Stephanie is here to help. The "standard" nutrition service includes a 30-minute "get to know you" virtual consultation, a post-consultation personalized nutrition plan for your bird, and a 15-minute follow-up consultation that can be booked any time within 3 months of the initial "get to know you" consultation. The "standard+longer follow-up" service includes everything the standard plan includes, except that the follow-up consultation lasts 1 hour rather than 15 minutes. During your 30-minute "get to know you" consultation, Stephanie will learn all about your bird and your specific situation. Within one business week of the consultation, Stephanie will send you a personalized nutrition document containing information about your bird, their nutrition needs, their current diet (if adequate information was provided), and where applicable, their goal diet and conversion tips. Please note that you will be required to provide detailed information about your bird's diet, including gram quantities of each food item fed at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled "get to know you" consultation. A standard digital kitchen scale may be used to collect this information. If you are unable to collect this information, please contact her at petriethetinydinosaur@gmail.com before booking. Please note that your requested time and date is subject to approval by Stephanie. She will reach out to you within 1-2 business days of your request to confirm your booking and send an invoice.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Pricing information on nutrition consult + 30-min follow-up: if you wish to cancel the 30-minute follow-up session and do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be refunded the $40 difference. Pricing information on 5 pack behavior consult ($350 value billed at $300): the first session is priced at $70, the second session is priced at $65, and the remaining three sessions priced are priced at $55. Applicable refunds will be issued according to this pricing policy. For example, if 3 sessions are used and the remaining 2 cancelled, a total of $110 will be refunded. If you miss your scheduled session, it will count toward your remaining consultations. Pricing information on 10 pack behavior consult ($700 value billed at $525): the first session is priced at $70, the second session is priced at $65, the third-fifth sessions are priced at $55, and the remaining 5 sessions are priced at $45. Applicable refunds will be issued according to this pricing policy. For example, if 5 sessions are used and the remaining 5 cancelled, a total of $225 will be refunded. If you miss your scheduled session, it will count toward your remaining consultations.
